Shipping policy

Romazura offers flexible shipping solutions to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Whether it ships from our warehouse or straight from the manufacturer, we always choose the most efficient option.

Shipping Methods

Ground (Parcel) Shipping

Most smaller items or items under 150 pounds ship via standard parcel services (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.). This allows us to provide fast processing and delivery nationwide.

Freight Shipping

Larger items or items over 150 pounds may ship via freight and include curbside delivery with liftgate service The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment—typically Monday through Friday. Be sure to provide an accurate phone number at checkout.

Delivery Process

Freight shipments require a signature. Before signing, inspect the item thoroughly.

Delivery dates shown on the carrier’s website indicate when the shipment is expected to arrive at the local terminal, not at your home or job site.

Once in transit, the freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.

Freight deliveries are curbside only, meaning the driver will bring the shipment to the curb or end of the driveway.

Upon delivery, the driver will request a signature. At that time, the customer is responsible for fully inspecting the item prior to signing.

If damaged, you must either refuse delivery or clearly note “damaged” on the delivery receipt.

If you choose to keep a damaged item for a discount or replacement parts, this must still be noted at the time of delivery.

All damage or missing items must be reported to Spotix within 5 calendar days of delivery by emailing photos to [email protected].

Curbside Delivery Details

Freight deliveries are curbside only—typically at the edge of your driveway. Drivers will not enter your property or assist with moving the item. Customers are responsible for relocating the product and covering any additional services needed beyond standard curbside delivery.

Deliveries to Remote Locations

Deliveries to remote areas may be delayed due to carrier capacity. In some cases, depending on how accessible your location is, the carrier may ask that you pick up the freight from a terminal or meet at a nearby, more accessible location. If this may be a concern, we recommend contacting our team before placing your order so we can help verify delivery options.

Romazura LLC is not liable for damages not noted on the delivery receipt or for damage not reported to Romazura within 5 days. While Romazura is committed to providing a positive experience and will make reasonable efforts to assist with shipping-related concerns, we cannot guarantee a specific outcome in every situation.

Shipping Rates

Free Standard Shipping

Orders over $99 ship free to standard locations within the contiguous 48 states. We reserve the right to choose the carrier and service level when standard shipping is selected. Special considerations and fees may apply to certain delivery exceptions (e.g. deliveries to hard-to-reach areas).

Flat Rate Shipping

Orders under $99 are subject to a $9.95 flat rate fee.

Expedited Shipping

Need it faster? Many standard parcel orders are eligible for expedited shipping at an additional cost. Contact us to confirm availability and pricing.

Expedited shipping applies only to transit time. Processing time still applies and may vary based on the manufacturer's inventory.

Requests made after 12 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping guarantees are subject to carrier restrictions, including weather or natural disasters.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we are not able to process orders outside the United States at this time.
